By downloading, installing, or using the TaskDeck macOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
TaskDeck is a local macOS desktop client that allows users to view and interact with their Google Tasks and Google Calendar data. The application utilizes a split-view sidebar and board column models to group subtasks and events visually.
Because TaskDeck operates entirely on your local machine, you are solely responsible for maintaining the physical security of your Mac and the security of your Google account credentials. TaskDeck requests permission to use the macOS Keychain to handle Google OAuth browser redirects securely; you must authorize this access for the app to function properly.
TaskDeck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the application at your own risk.
In no event shall the developer of TaskDeck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your use of the application.
