TaskDeck operates as a standalone, native desktop application for macOS. We prioritize your privacy and data security by ensuring your information stays on your device.
TaskDeck requests access to the Google Tasks API and Google Calendar API. This access is used strictly to display, manage, and synchronize your tasks and calendar events directly within the macOS interface.
Your data never touches our servers. All Google authentication tokens, tasks, and calendar entries are processed and stored completely locally on your machine. TaskDeck utilizes the native macOS Keychain to securely store your OAuth credentials and authorization state.
We do not collect, sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to any external servers, analytics providers, or third parties. Your data moves directly and securely between your local TaskDeck application and Google's official API servers.
